Vacancy: Customer Services Advisor

A vacancy has arisen in Tailored Heat’s Head Office:

Working for a heating design and distribution business in Warwick Bridge, Carlisle, we are looking for a friendly, communicative, confident, logical and organised individual with excellent phone and IT skills to join our customer services team.

Whilst not exhaustive, the principal job duties and responsibilities will include:
Receiving and distributing initial enquiries, processing project quotations and designs, receiving and actioning project orders, updating customers and suppliers as and when required.

For the successful applicant, salary will be commensurate with this industry, experience and negotiable.
